Katie Walker
Founder & Director

Experience

Katie is the Founder of Bergeseen Group and leads the counseling and coaching practices. She brings a breadth of clinical experiences to Bergeseen, having supported clients young and old through anxiety, addiction, depression, chronic pain, and trauma. As a coach, she has worked with entrepreneurs, executives, athletes, and their families to navigate professional and personal transitions and journeys of growth. Prior to founding Bergeseen, Katie spent over two decades supporting and advising teenage girls and women in various community leadership positions, both domestically and abroad. Originally from Idaho, Katie has traveled with her children to over 35 countries, lived in all four regions of the United States, experienced expat life in Spain, and now resides in Austria.

Education

Katie earned an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Johns Hopkins University.

Hailey Murray
Advisory Board

Experience

Hailey is a Postdoctoral Psychology Fellow at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, where she works with children undergoing treatment for cancer and blood disorders. In addition to her experience working with children in medical centers, Hailey has worked with children and adolescents in school, residential, and legal settings. Originally from Washington D.C., Hailey graduated from National Cathedral School and played volleyball at the University of Maryland where she earned Conference All-Academic honors. After graduation from university, she moved to Europe where she played professional volleyball for several years in Spain and Austria.

EDUCATION

Hailey earned a BS in Environmental Science and Policy with a minor in Sustainability Studies from the University of Maryland. She holds both a M.S.Ed in Child Psychology and a PsyD in School Psychology from Duquesne University. Hailey is a National Certified School Psychologist.

Meghan Rogers
Advisory Board

Experience

Meghan is a seasoned HR Business Partner and Consultant with 20+ years of experience advising business leaders and organizations in the US, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Serving a range of organizations from global industry-leaders to small, dynamic tech firms and start-ups, she brings expertise in HR strategy and program development, Career Model Design, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations & Risk Management, and Compensation.

Originally from Connecticut, Meghan and her family have lived and worked in the US, Spain, Taiwan, Kuwait, and the UK. She has experienced both the joys and challenges of raising "third culture kids" as well as helping them integrate back into the US. She currently resides in the Washington, D.C. area.

EDUCATION

Meghan earned a BA in Economics and Spanish at the University of Virginia and an MPH in International Health Policy at the George Washington University.

Brian Walker
Advisory Board

Experience

Brian is an Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School, where he co-teaches the Innovating in Health Care course and writes academic cases on entrepreneurship and leadership. He is the original founder and CEO of Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers, which is now both the largest and fastest growing pediatric ambulatory surgery center company nationwide. Prior to founding Blue Cloud, Brian worked at Ridgemont Equity Partners and The Boston Consulting Group. Originally from Idaho, Brian has traveled with his children to over 35 countries, lived in all four regions of the United States, and experienced expat life in England, Spain, and Austria.

Brian earned an MS in Health Policy and Management at Harvard University and a DrPH at Johns Hopkins University.

Sunaina Yarlagadda
Advisory Board

Experience

Sunaina is a Research Associate at Harvard Business School, where she writes academic cases on health care leadership and entrepreneurship. Previously, she served as the Senior Director of Market Development at Phreesia, driving growth and strategic initiatives both pre- and post-IPO. With over seven years of experience in health tech and more than five years in strategy consulting at firms like Strategy& and Booz Allen Hamilton, Sunaina has helped healthcare companies navigate complex transformations. She is passionate about women's health, healthcare innovation, and reducing barriers to care through technology.

Born in Tirupati, India, Sunaina has lived in Puerto Rico, across the U.S, and traveled to over 35 countries. The daughter of a merchant marine engineer, she sailed extensively on cargo ships as a child and traveled by sea for nearly 20 months at a stretch. Sunaina loves food, has climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, and is fluent in English, Telugu, Spanish, and conversational in Hindi.

Sunaina earned a BS in Health Policy at Georgetown University and an MS in Health Policy and Management at Harvard University.
